Sole di Capri e dolce vita

On the famous island of Capri near Naples in the Mediterranean south of Italy, I visited local chef Pasquale and his family in their private environment at home in Anacapri. With a perfect "mise en place," always freshly prepared, he conjures up local dishes, both in the summer season (for example, Ravioli Caprese) and in the winter season for the team at Brand Leadership Circle in Switzerland.
